Return and Refund Policy

At Pastel Squish, we accept return requests within 14 business days of delivery.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Opened or used items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

How to request a return

Contact us at mineral10llc@gmail.com within 14 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item you would like to return.

We will provide instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

For eligible returns, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at mineral10llc@gmail.com  with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.
