Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs and available shipping methods are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your delivery address. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been handed over to the carrier and do not include our 1–2 business day processing time.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, holidays, or severe weather may affect delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We may be unable to update the address once your order has shipped.
